Typically, a major interaction is a face-to-face meeting where you have the opportunity to further develop the relationship. It can be as simple as a visit to your client’s business, or as fun as a round of golf.
Most major interactions can occur quarterly. Some contacts require more interactions and some require fewer. The key is to identify the quantity and quality of the interaction. As a business professional, you have an instinct as to how often each of those major interactions should occur.
